A. Ads On Wheels, Inc. provides mobile billboard advertising service throughout the continental United States.
 
Q. How long is one advertising day?
A. Ads On Wheels, Inc. quotes on a standard 8-hour-day. We begin each advertising day at the time you request and finish after a minimum of 8-hours of on-site advertising. We do not charge you for travel time too and from the campaign. If you add the exposure gained during travel time, an advertising day usually lasts between 10 and 12 hours. If your campaign requires additional or fewer hours, we will be glad to create custom advertising package to meet your needs.
 
Q. At what type of events does Ads On Wheels, Inc. provide service?
A. Ads On Wheels, Inc.  has provided service at a wide range of events, from trade show and sporting events to grand openings and parades. However, please remember mobile billboard advertising is not limited to major events. Mobile billboard advertising is a highly effective media to brand you product or image at any location. Many clients prefer to use our service to reach locations where other forms of media are not available or prices are overly inflated.
 
Q. What if I don't have artwork ready for a campaign?
A. Ads On Wheels, Inc. has an experienced in-house design team that can create your billboard artwork for you.
 
Q. How long will my billboard last after they have been created?
A. A set of vinyl billboards from Ads On Wheels, Inc.  will last about 2-years with normal use and care. The actual billboard will last longer than 2-years, but the ink used to print the artwork will begin to fade from exposure to sunlight and other harsh weather conditions. We can warehouse your billboards at our location for no additional cost.
 
Q. Can I use photographs on my billboard?
A. We always high-resolution printing for all of our billboards. This allows you to use virtually any image in your billboard design. Unlike traditional billboards,  our billboards look just as great close up as they do from a distance. This is extremely important with a mobile billboard because your audience will see your billboard extremely close.
 
Q. How much do a set of billboards cost?
A. Billboards for your campaign will cost approximately $1,250 per set. You will only need one set per truck unless your campaign is planned to last more than 6 consecutive months.
 
Q. How far in advance should I schedule my campaign?
A. Ads On Wheels, Inc. prefers to have at least 2-3 weeks to produce your billboards. This allows us ample time provide you with a proof of the billboard before it is produced and time to make any changes that might be needed. However, we understand that time is something that business does not always allow. If you need to put your campaign together on short notice, we will do everything possible to make your campaign happen. We  recommends scheduling your campaign as soon as you have a date confirmed. Our trucks usually book up several months in advance.
 
Q. Do Ads On Wheels, Inc. trucks have a lighting system on the billboard?
A. YES! Ads On Wheels, Inc. uses an outside lighting system on all our trucks. The lights will give your billboard a spectacular glow that attracts an amazing amount of attention.

Q. What does Ads On Wheels, Inc. provide with the advertising price?
A. Our price is all-inclusive. We cover all expenses for the driver, fuel, insurance and travel. What we quote is what you are charged. We DO NOT have any hidden charges. You will only be charged extra if you add days, hours or additional locations to your campaign.
